Jeff Balin, MBA, CPCC
A leadership coach and consultant for corporate, independent and non-profit clients since 2002, Jeff also brings over 25 years of business experience to his professional practice of helping individuals and teams integrate core values and objectives into their work. He is currently the lead for professional development programming at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
Jeff provides individual coaching and facilitates meetings and workshops around team-functionality, mission and vision development, values-alignment, communication and strategic planning. He has also been a speaker and presenter on topics of leadership and professional development.
Jeff’s previous roles include organizational consulting, team management, product/service development, business ownership and retail operations. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, studied at the London Business School in the UK, and has completed extensive training in transformational leadership and personal development.
Jeff is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, a member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He has received leadership and facilitator training from the Hollyhock Leadership Institute and the Rockwood Leadership Programs.
Jeff lives with his wife and three children in Vancouver, Canada.
